None that I could think of at the moment. Paid time off, Vacation.
Cons
The pay is not synonymous with the tasks you perform. The support staff does all the heavy lifting and back of the house work. The Credit Office audits and prepares the deposit going to the bank, they help customers with account inquiries and payments, they take customer returns even though that's the job of a selling associate, helps selling associates with inquiries on their customers. Yet the people being paid the big dollars are the selling associates who stand all day and look at their phones, and refuse to help any customers who are not buying something.
