Pros

Some decent perks: Summer Fridays, 401k Match, employee discount. A lot of great people to work with. Good work / life balance for the most part.

Cons

Too many cooks in the kitchen for projects and for upper management decision making. Very difficult for career advancement. New internal re-org not very effective. A lot of management positions occupied by the wrong people.

Pros

Discount, learned a lot, was given a lot of responsibilities, merchandise coordinator is a good position to have in order to advance in the company

Cons

getting promoted is very difficult. I started out in sales and was promoted to coordinator but not too many people get promotions. Getting into EDP is very difficult. At my store the GM had to recommend you and there was only a few if any per class. Also you really had to stand out. You will go no where if you just keep quiet and do your job. If management does not like you, you will not advance and they will make you want to quit.
