Company redirection resulted in numerous changes that did not better the company. Lost several high quality people all in tbe name of profit

Neiman Marcus caters to high end customers, you will find after working here a few months that many of the associates believe to be apart of that upper end. At least 75% of associates working at the San Diego Neiman's are stuck up and cannot be bothered by customers making less that 80K a year. The HR manager is a joke. Don't expect to be treated with any respect if you have less than an $800,000 book.
