Pros

Great communication opportunities with upper management. Open door policies. Assistants given ability to take ownership of their businesses.

Cons

Stiff, rigid environment. Sometimes easy to feel you fit in. Definitely a "head to toe Chanel" vibe that can be off putting.

Pros

Completely adore the CEO. Great benefits. Great people. I have worked for this company for many years. Wonderful name to place on your resume as well.

Cons

Hard to move up if you are in creative or advertising. Promotions are given to people that are well liked.

Pros

I had been there for several years and it was a well oiled machine, awesome benefits, fashion forward and amazing retail hours

Cons

Old management went to new store and department manager retired and new management was very negative and not so called team oriented it ended up being as good as your #'s were, whole point of being there , but in order for a team to do well they must be built up not torn down. Especially when I worked with very seasoned, hard working and professional team members. Guess having been bought by a new company really changed the feel of the store.
