they have restructured so many times and have no problem letting associates go who have been with the company for 10, 15, or 20 years. VP’s are so disconnected from the teams. They preach about ways to work (WOW) but it only applies to corporate and has nothing to do with the vast majority of the employees that work in the stores. They only do it for the headlines. They could care less about the 750 restaurant associates, they let the VP go then had someone who never worked in a restaurant lead the division.. the HR managers in the stores were all moved from salary to hourly so they could add corporate layers. The HR managers who have been with the company for years, were now hourly associates. They don’t care about their teams.

Management do not keep promises over and over again. They would rather hire unexperienced people from the outside rather than promote from within and do it behind your back after promising. Promises were not kept about position promised and arrears wipe. I was lied to, used and strung along for a year. I would not recommend working at the Downtown Dallas location. Management is not trustworthy. They did not acknowledge when I finally put my two weeks notice in or even on my last day. No one even said goodbye. I saw them avoiding me all day. Very strange. I still have not received my exit interview. I was a great employee. Loyal, trustworthy, responsible. Always on time, never called in and went above and beyond when asked for help in other departments, They do not care about their loyal and hard-working employees. I have seen it with others, too. I really wanted to stay and retire there. I was very disappointed in how I was treated.
