Pros

Pros include the 30% employee discount which is in increased on their double discount days that are generally offered for a week approximately once a month. Benefits are decent and competitive. You will meet a lot of different types of people and if you are ambitious this could lead to better opportunities for you.

Cons

Sales associates are paid on a commission vs draw system in which it is difficult to really earn any money as you are growing your clientele base and even at times afterwards. Very competitive working environment.

Pros

Amazing brands, designers, experience with customers (most), great benefits. It's great if you have an aggressive personality and thrive in a commission environment. It's the top luxury department store in service!

Cons

Upper management was unsupportive, unfair, and unprofessional. Sharks on the floor. Very difficult to climb the corporate ladder if that's what you're wanting to do, don't do it here. Very political company. Everyone is friends with someone and they have no moral compass for right or wrong. That's my experience.
