Extremely inept management. Very low pay. Dreary work environment. No hope for promotion. Management has no interest in applying employees' skill base(s) to benefit company. Employees often hired thinking they will be doing one thing, but instead are put to work doing something else - often rote tasks. Much of the dept. in which I worked have also since quit.

If you complain about anything, they do everything they can to make you leave. Most associates are looking for a way out.
