Pros

clients were some of the nicest ive experienced in the several years ive worked retail, definnetely a long term relationship if you can survive in the company.

Cons

Too many management and associate fraternization, very clicky, most upper management witthin this location is obviously very inexperienced and too under qualified to perform their job duties professionally. Associates will lie, cheat, and steal for a sale and if theyre friends with management then consider yourself screwed, Over 10 yrs in luxury sales and this was the worst experience.

Pros

Name seems to impress. Get to look at pretty fashion all day.

Cons

Extremely inept management. Very low pay. Dreary work environment. No hope for promotion. Management has no interest in applying employees' skill base(s) to benefit company. Employees often hired thinking they will be doing one thing, but instead are put to work doing something else - often rote tasks. Much of the dept. in which I worked have also since quit.

Pros

Good company to put on your resume Sellers get company i-phones Employee discount is nice, with extra discount days often

Cons

Extreme favoritism, management overlooks poor behavior by several associates, while holding others accountable for same actions Poor benefits, and you have to pay for parking Wages below industry standard in many areas New management (store manager, HR, LP) attempts to bully associates with statements such as "you're either on my bus, or you can get off and leave" and they use the "open door" policy to see who is unhappy with the company. If you complain about anything, they do everything they can to make you leave. Most associates are looking for a way out.
