      Best networking imaginable, if you know how to work it.

      Everything about this place is bad… this place is an absolute nightmare. Company culture is horrible. I work at the San Francisco Neiman’s… most employees here do not speak to one another. MANY little cliques… worse than high school. You can get away with anything without being fired… whether you are harassing coworkers or even clients, Neiman’s won’t fire you as long as you are selling. This is hands down the most toxic environment I’ve ever been in. 99% of the employees are horrible to one another. They will bully you relentlessly, call you names, make up lies, etc. 10/10 I would NOT recommend working here.

      Only good things are the people you meet who are struggling the same way you are

      The pay is absolutely disgusting. You have to pay back what you owe the company if you don’t hit your commission goal and who can live off a 20hr wage. It’s extremely polarizing to have clients with birkins but not even be able to afford to eat out. You are penalized for sitting at work and “fraternizing” with employees. Don’t try to talk to coworkers on the clock for longer than 5 minute intervals or you will be called into a 1 on 1 meeting. There is no encouraging or kind words of motivation for sales. The managers will try to manage by instilling fear in the employees.
