      It really does roll downhill

      Pros

      Flexible hours, teamwork, break room in store, meet new friends, ability to be promoted (takes awhile), upper-level management (the ones who work in the offices) shows concern

      Cons

      No one takes the blame for their wrong, some managers do have favorites, customers can be a pain, long holiday hours, can get busy and hectic, lack of communication

      Pros

      Great environment to learn about the luxury retail business. Also lots of connections with marketing personnel that work for other major companies. Work life is pretty relaxing but you do need to perform to a certain standard. Good employee discount on merchandise and samples

      Cons

      Compensation is below similar retail companies especially the local companies in Dallas Employees are often leaving to work at the competition due to the exposure to vendors and contractors which can be good & bad Benefits aren't the best and have a high deductible not a lot of room for advancement within certain divisions/areas
