      Pros

      Great 30/30 discount. Good Merchandise and great visual presentation.

      Cons

      Support people are not always treated as equally as sales associates. High sales means a sale associate can get away with doing what they want. There is definitely favoritism going on. It is also hard to get rid of poor workers, some workers do not do their share of work, however it is overlooked for whatever reason. The hard workers then build up resentment which effects their overall performance.

      Professional team of people Excellent training and program of executive development Well respected company in the industry Sales staff is professional and knows customer Opportunity to travel and work with interesting vendor market

      Cons

      Pay is low, but that's the retail industry as a whole. Hours can be long, but again, that's true in retail as a whole.

      Pros

      One of the best reasons to work for Neimans is the fact that they have an amazing reputation for being very fashion forward and carrying a variety of high-end brands- the plus to that is being able to actually afford them because of Neiman's amazing discount!

      Cons

      They didn't have the most efficient computer system for keeping track of clients and they didn't have access to email. The only way to send a client at email was to contact them from your personal computer or smartphone.
