      Pros

      There is a highly skilled sales staff which stands out above other stores that I have managed. The sales associates have a long tenure and are truly professional. There is an attitude of respect from the upper management that is also not at every retailer. You are valued as a person and your ideas are listened to and are respected.

      Cons

      This is a lux market and very different than any other retail inviroment. Some promotions that would be effective at other price points are not effective for this market. This client base is not interested in discounts but rather the service and attention to detail that they receive as a client. The market share is very thin and needs to be expanded.

      the discount was decent when we got a little extra on top really good product knowledge fun staff that made the experience bareable while working there

      Cons

      management complained about gossiping in the store among the staff when they themselves were the biggest gossip's of them all. walked in on numerous conversations of trash talking about employees. management also thought they were above the bar, would complain about dress code and make call outs when they themselves were not following the code hypocracy was rediculous fighting the no visa rule was a drag and "in the rears" was straight up criminal to charge the employees money
