nice co workers, lots of overtime, freedom to learn new skills, ability to speak directly with higher ups, overall size of company relatively small.

Cons

small company transitioning into trying to be larger company, relaxed hiring policy, unorganized, lack of qualified employees, lots of overtime, very difficult to complete assigned tasks without layers of complications slowing or stopping work.

making the changes so fast that business and employees suffer.do not hire from within so you have people with no time in your line work asking you how to do your job all the time. and then tell you your doing it wrong.
