It's a job with some great people. I like the work it's self but it's exhausting work at times.

Cons

Unfair. U only get promotions if your friends or more with managment. Isn't based on your work skills. Different set of rules for some if your in the click.

we got a extra couple extra paid holiday days off, paid lunch, not as much mandatory overtime as before slightly better 401k plan than we had before. A job is better than no job

Cons

haven’t gotten a raise in 2 years.HR says "No Merit Raises because we only made 43 million and the goal was 46 million" certain jobs in the shop HR calls "Non Essential Personnel" even though my supervisor and dept lead have been banging the door down to get me a raise they wont. since they took over they took away out profit sharing bonus. they take your PTO if you call in sick. no shift differential
