Pros

Great atmosphere, great coworkers. The company offers decent benefits and good flexibility which is nice with having a family. The company does extra events for employees and family (Brewer games, Christmas boxes, Christmas party, fun contests, ect), benefits are good.

Cons

Hourly pay isn't where it should be. In theory, people who have worked with the company for an extended time (and offer more to the company) do not make near what they should. Also allowing Hourly employees to work from home on a regular basis instead of a case by case basis. Allow for more cross-training opportunities and growth.
