Pros

Growing family-owned company that really makes an impact on the communities in which it operates nationwide. Has been operating for over 75 years and is in the 4th generation of family ownership. The owners really care about their employees, and often put the company and its people above their own interests. Recently they founded a philanthropic foundation in which employees can participate.

Cons

Company-wide communication could be clearer and more frequent, but there is a current initiative to remedy that.

Pros

• Great work atmosphere -- promotes team work, recognition, and growth • Generous benefits -- comprehensive health insurance, dental, and vision supplements offered, HSA or FSA options, investment account, company paid life insurance policy with options to add additional coverage at a low cost, yearly performance bonuses, so much more! • Unlimited growth potential -- This company is constantly growing to accommodate their customers' needs. If you have the desire to advance in your career, you will find many opportunities to do so at this company. • Work-life balance -- This company offers the most paid time off at the time of start date than any other place I have worked, with tenure tiers to gain more time off. • Multiple locations across the United States • Several departments of expertise -- you don't just need to be a cheese expert! • Great internal company communication

Cons

I honestly can't think of a downside. This is by far the best company I have worked for -- in over 20 years in the workforce and multiple industries.
