Pros

Beautiful property to work within. You get to develop relationships with some amazing repeat guests and families that visit frequently.

Cons

The new management team is awful and heartless. Human resources is a nightmare when dealing with real issues. They'd rather just let you go or eliminate a position than actually come up with solutions! No such thing as job secuirty, no matter how long you have been there.

Pros

Beautiful location and facilities and employee benefits aren't too bad.

Cons

The owners of this resort employ managers who do not care about their employees. They will use you and work you to the bone for little compensation. If you are willing to do a lot of work (around the clock) for a little bit of money, this is where you should work. the resort facilities and location are nice, but the surrounding area is not so nice.

Cons

Lack of training across the board; Minimal or non-existent communication interdepartmentally and between departments; Persistent fear of losing your job; Unreasonable expectations from Upper Management who don't fully understand your position; You will feel like an "Outsider" if you are not from the surrounding area; Associates are often taken advantage of and sometimes retaliated against
