Started good went downhill fast

Pros

Coworkers were great and the resort was beautiful.

Cons

Very remote, you start off not working that much but then you start working more hours as people quit and become short staff. As a salaried manager your work/life balance becomes non existent and pay isn't worth it in the end.

Pros

Nemacolin Woodlands has loyal customers that are nice. Many of the co-workers at Nemacolin are very nice to work with.

Cons

Low Pay. The organization is very disorganized and communication between different departments is terrible and very frustrating. Scheduling is very difficult. Nemacolin tends to run a very tight labor equation. Expect to work 10-12 hour shifts without proper staff and need to pick up the slack when other employees quit and it takes forever to replace them at the low pay being offered.
