Pros

The work is easy, but challenging at the same time. Fast paced work force with much needed interpersonal skills. Must enjoy family's.

Cons

The management is very rude and judgemental. There is no consideration for employees with families around the holidays. And there is to much favoritism between certain employees and management.

Pros

The resort is beautiful and most of the associates are friendly.

Cons

The owners are terrible people. They expect you to do twice the work on half the pay. Managers and other salaried staff are always constant targets that get laid off or pay cut. Unless you are looking for an hourly entry level job during school breaks, etc. DO NOT WORK HERE.

You can gain valuable experience quickly. Because turnover can be high, opportunities for young people happen often

Cons

The owners are vulgar. Sexual harassment can happen at any time. They create a terrible work environment at times. If it wasn't for them the place would succeed
