      Their DEI program is top notch

      Cons

      Leadership is unmotivated, since the big $350m round, top leadership got paid out, so they aren’t motivated to go public for you. You will have to wait a long time. Growth has stagnated and churn is way up.

      Pros

      - Leader in an interesting technology - Decent base + bonus - Sticky customers - Good, stable place to work, if you're in product development in the UK or Sweden. - Initially I got to work on interesting projects.

      Cons

      I drank the Kool Aid as the CEO declared "I want this to be the last job you've ever worked for". Then he brought in new C-level execs, who want to rebuild. It's typical and understandable that they wanted to bring their own people. I accepted that my days were numbered, but the way it was done was really bad. The VP hired above me was particularly horrendous. They left me and team members with emotional trauma. They liked to micromanage and used bullying tactics - like public humiliation and yelling - when things didn't go their way. even when they caused the outcome through their micromanagement. They were a bully in meetings, even cross functionally. I was glad to be out of there when I had the chance.

      Great CEO who is very present in the daily work and accessible to the employees. Very interesting product and a well working development organization.
