      Pros

      Exceptional executive leadership, very collaborative culture, incredible technology that solves tough business problems in a unique and transformative way. The growth potential for the company as a whole is outstanding. I see this company a great fit for people who are builders and activators, and get exhilarated by seeing their work move along quickly. Many people are new, which also brings along renewed enthusiasm.

      Cons

      Like any growing company, Neo4j is hitting some times of change -- both organizationally and culturally. This is natural, but hard. With rapid growth, infrastructure, process, clarity, and even basic systems are being stood up so it creates strain. It is a lot for people, and balance for many is not ideal.
