Thanks so much for taking the time to post this review, and I’m sorry to hear this feedback. As you know, we have recently brought in new leaders in Marketing to help drive towards our ambitious growth goals, and to set up the right framework to support our employees as we scale. We continue to add new leaders to this group, and are excited for what's to come. In terms of DEI&B, this is a huge investment area for us. We have offer various trainings, have well supported ERGs, and various other resources to ensure we are making this part of our Neo4j DNA. While there is still work to do, I’m proud of what we've accomplished and where we’re going.
