      Pros

      -Pay is good, but given all of the negatives/cons below, it was not worth the daily frustration and aggravation.

      Cons

      -As long as sales goals are being met, nobody in leadership seems to want to make the hard organizational and administrative decisions -Sales leads the organization at all costs, literally all costs...with very little process in place or respect or deference for other business units. -Little executive support for any non-revenue generating/operational departments (Finance, Ops, Marketing, etc)

      A tough review to read, but I really do appreciate you taking the time to post it. I would have loved to have had the chance to talk while you were still at Neo4j. It's always hard to address concerns like this when they have not been brought to my attention. I'm so sorry to hear this was your experience and impression while at Neo4j.       Exciting company but management weakness.

      Pros

      Office supplies, food and drinks. Regular social outings. Market-leading database technology with a receptive audience. Opportunity to travel abroad. HR is very good.

      Cons

      Some backbiting which was toxic. Some of the sales management were not-professional in their conduct on calls, in meetings and on emails. Long deal-cycle.

      Very good salaries, flat structure, nice people and no drama :)

      Not too much diversity but doing their best
