      Pros

      The product (Graph DB) is very simple powerful and reilable, customers love it. The company is still little (400 employees) but they have a clear view of the growth path

      Cons

      I did not find any disadvantages so far

      Pros

      The autonomy to do great work on an amazing product that makes a real-world impact. The people here are also the most engaging and kind people to work with. You feel as though people want to get to know you for you, and it really can bring out your true working self.
