Employee engagement is a top priority and the company continuously identifies and commits to initiatives for improvement based on employee feedback. Two-way communication is promoted and embraced. Employees are given opportunities for growth personally, professionally, and financially, based on performance and delivering results. It's a great place to work!

Faced-paced and performance focused work environment is great but it might not be a fit for everyone.

This company has a great Culture and great Values. Management cares about employees. There is a lot of innovation and super growth opportunities. We are a clear leader in Oncology.

Cons

The company operates at a fast pace and focuses on high performance. People that don't appreciate that environment won't like working here.
