I am working in Rolle site as a Technologist. The below describe the situation with on site management. Employee suggestions are discarded. People are afraid to give honest feedback. Micromanaging and no autonomy is given to employees in performing their jobs. Blaming and punishment from management is the norm in case you express your feelings or concerns for a situation, although you are encouraged from them to do so. Excessive absenteeism, illness and high employee turn over. Overworking is a badge of honor and is expected or else you are deemed a bad employee. No interaction with mangment and employees , they will never understand what you are doing in daily basis and they will have the greatest expectations, without even knowing the process. Favouritism , aggressive and bullying behaviour is the norm .
