Pros

-Good benefits and amount of PTO days. Frequent company-wide holidays. The work-to-life balance feels good and healthy. -Exciting changes afoot as company grows; new opportunities. -Supportive management in my department (Communications), allowing me to pursue projects independently but always available to help and direct work when requested. -Immensely pleasant people in and outside of my department. Supportive of accomplishments. -Donut Mondays.

Cons

-More efficient communication with other departments is always something to work towards.

The people you'll work next to are the best part. Show up every day and you're good.

Cons

Zero performance incentives. This place makes a lot of money on the backs of under paid, unappreciated employees.

Great people and focus on animal safety. Really enjoyed the stock options. Good work life balance.

Cons

Salaries are lower than average but it’s a good place to start your career.
