      Pros

      Free hot drinks all though their was coffee always in the sugar jar. Good setting nice countryside.

      Cons

      Boss not pleasant. Hole family work for him. Only like people who smile like are crazy and go to party even whem do not celebrate christmas time.

      Pros

      It's good experience for new graduates... but leave as soon as you've got the experience

      Cons

      Lower than average pay compared to similar companies. Only legal minimum holidays (20 plus 8) but this is advertised as a 'benefit'. Maternity and sick also below average. Over time isn't paid. A culture of having constant pressure from upper management to work OT to take on more work and responsibility to make up for staff shortages and to meet deadlines and extra projects with no extra pay. Extremely high turnover (highest I've ever witnessed in any company). This isn't due to the 'great resignation' - this is simply due to how staff are treated and incompetent site leadership. Beware agency workers - you'll be treated like dirt. Upper management and the whole company are toxic. If you aren't in the 'clique', good luck.

      Pros

      Most of the employees are nice and easy to get along with Company makes solid revenue Can easily get in and promoted if you know upper management

      Cons

      No flexible time 4 separate buildings scattered over the city Slow to make any decisions Upper management is a joke and treats employees like children Pay is downright horrible and disrespectful Everyone is crammed into extremely disorganized cubes Only thing they care about is the shareholders and not the employees The current IT the company uses is beyond outdated
