Pros
I've been with Neogen for a couple of years now and really like my job here. Although Neogen Europe is part of Neogen Corporation it still retains a family feel to the place and there are a lot of long serving people in my division and across the company. I've felt welcomed and supported from day one and there are some really great managers who take a genuine interest in their teams. Neogen responded really quickly to Covid and ensured that everyone who could work from home did and they have been really proactive with communicating changes and what they are doing to support everyone. We have been really fortunate in that our jobs are secure and the company continues to grow, even in these difficult times. They have introduced a few additional benefits on top of what they already offered since I started here which is really good to see and even in a short space of time I have seen a lot of people promoted within which shows the commitment they have to developing their staff. I'm hopeful that I can make a long and successful career for myself with Neogen and would recommend them.
Cons
I don't think there are any real downsides to working at Neogen- the company expects a lot from you but you get a lot in return.
