Pros

Good company culture. People Leaders at all levels that listen to their team and are willing to make improvements. Lots of growth and opportunities for progression and development. Good employee benefits including Employee Assistance Program. Good location, facilities and surroundings. Awareness of Health & Safety and caring for the wellbeing of employees.

Cons

Rapid growth can lead to busy spells which can lead to pressure but there are worse problems to have as it shows the company is successful and jobs are secure.
