Free Bagels once a week.

Cons

Stay away from the IT department. It's extremely poorly managed. The managment has serious trust issues. Great ideas get ignored. Critical decision get ignored. Your job is at constant risk. You will be under paid. You will be worried about getting fired. The department has a very high turnover rate especially with new hires. Many new employees aren't capable of adapting to such a negative culture. People frequently get fired or let go without notice or cause. The company as a whole has extremely low morale. The company has a culture of shouting and screaming at people in meetings. Upper management is especially guilty of this. Many if not all the guys in IT are looking for other jobs. It's a depressing place to work. Please stay away.

Pros

Good place to get some experience and move on. Nearly impossible to get fired. Great place for slackers to be employed but if you are a motivated person who wants to move up the ladder, this is not the place for you.

Cons

Promotions are based upon the buddy system. Experience means nothing at this company. Managers are sub-par and inexperienced. Company rife with nepotism. Get your 3 to 5 years of beginning experience here and move to a more competent company. Try to get hired by a more competent company first though, you will learn more if you do, unless you enjoy the life of a slacker, then you would be a great fit.

Only good for resume building. A good first job straight out of college but it's a springboard.. .no one stays longer than 2 years. Good people

Cons

Pay is much lower than industry average Everyone argues that the benefits aren't that great, no sick time only pto. Had a chemical spill that was poorly handeled. Poor managers-they're scientists, not managers and have no training.
