The benefit package and options are good.

Cons

Everything else. Management offers no direction or support and the company uses fear as a motivator. They expect so much with nothing in return.

Remote work is cool but you can't afford to live anywhere except for Nebraska or Iowa. Not worth getting your degree for.

Cons

The headline says it all. Don't trust the reported salaries on Glassdoor- the salaried jobs are about 20k less per year than is reported. Thankfully the state of Nebraska is raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour, so neogen will be forced to give their lab workers a raise. This company shouldn't exist with how it treats its employees.
