Benefits are good and coworkers are great.

Cons

Hight turnover rate. Horrible management. The guy that use to be supervisor was excellent. Cared about every single employee and want to get to know and understand us. The new guy is bad. We went from being people that was cared for and got turned into just a number. Manager has no idea of what she is doing or whats going on. Pay isn't good for what we do. Good starter job but just get experience and move on. Won't be here much longer.

Pros

The people are nice, work isn't bad if you've been trained properly. 3 days weekends are nice if you don't mind sacrificing a Saturday or Sunday.

Cons

They overwork their best employees without giving them proper compensation and consistently overlook them for promotions. If you threaten to leave, you get promoted faster. Avoid extraction if you can.
