      Always hiring, foot-in-the-door employer, solid organized volunteer opportunities

      Cons

      Lower pay than average for many positions, Lansing buildings scattered in some not-so-great parts of town, strong reluctance to allow fully remote work for most employees

      Decent benefits for healthcare, dental & vision, 401K, PTO

      Cons

      Do not work here if you want to make commission. Upper management make the sales budgets unattainable and nearly impossible for sales reps to make commission. Company culture and team morale is non existent. Management does not care about the welfare and happiness of their employees. Employees are treated nothing more than a dollar sign and a number.

      The learning experience is fantastic. The coworkers are good.

      Cons

      Lack of fair market value for employees. The hiring process. I was looking into returning to the company being told of the new ownership and restructuring. I left on great terms. To be met with a messy interview process. After second interviews I was told they were no longer hiring. The post remains on the website. I was contacted by an employment agency for the position. Which I declined now, as I was deceived. This happened twice with two different positions.
