Pros
Small company mindset in a large corportion, excellent people to work with, incredible diversity of people, responsibilities, abilities, and positions, and a corporate willingness for internal moves, very good benefits.
Cons
Small company mindset in a large corporation...this can often manifest as "mom and pop" procedures. Very poor infrastructure and supply chain management, an upper management focus on "ringing the cash register," often at the expense of procedure, safety, and ethics. Very low pay in most, but not all, positions; far below industry standard.
