Business Outlook
Pros
A 4-day work week can be nice if you don't mind 10-hour days. A decent amount of PTO. Benefits are good. Probably a fine job if you need starting experience in a lab environment.
Cons
For the amount they stress on the importance of quality and turn around time, getting paid as much as the starting salary of Walmart is ludicrous. Along with the message they put out of "Protecting the world's food supply" perhaps the employees actually doing that should be compensated properly. The retention rate is very low likely due in part to the low pay and long hours that include periods of mandatory overtime.
