The management for my position has great communication, benefits are pretty typical, location is great and the facility is well taken care of.

Cons

The culture needs some work - many people use this place as their first job and there are constant talks of people wanting to leave. Organization of day to day work is lacking and was chaotic some days.

Cons

Management and HR treat employees like they are second class citizens while simultaneously offering less money and expecting you to take on 2 or 3 other full time jobs. I have never worked in such a toxic, unfair work place.
