Neogen is a growth public company and with growth comes opportunity. I am a living example of that... I started with Neogen when I was 26 years old and have been with the company ever since. I have enjoyed all the different roles and responsibilities I have had. Great people.

If you are not good with change, then perhaps may not be the right fit.

Family oriented, everyone is a team player. Flexible, Possibly to work from home. Good amount of PTO is given. Stock plan purchase is a good benefit

Cons

Lots of micro mangers. Pay isn’t the greatest. Worklife/personal life can be hard. High turner over rate, always new people so it’s hard to know who to go to if you have questions. Insurance is also expensive
