      Pros

      Everyone I've worked with is very respectful which is nice and refreshing. Company appreciates work & life balance. Opportunity to work across divisions & departments.

      Cons

      Company is VERY OLD SCHOOL and is very resistant to change. People stay with the company for Years ( 5+ is normal , if you are under 5 you considered fresh) . Limited team work and collaboration. Micromanagement & hard to be heard because people have been working there for years and are 'set in their own ways'.

      Terrible corporate culture, low pay, low benefits, poor expectations, lack of humanity, favoritism, the list far goes on.

      - A nice, peaceful rural setting

      Cons

      - At best a mis-advertisement, at worst complete fabrication of the direction the company was travelling in, at interview - Incompetent staff kept on and pandered too - Very little training or help given - Pressure to work longer hours than contracted which came from the top - Blame culture and cliques - Derisory benefits
