      Pros

      Very flexible hours and ability to request PTO. Good place to start to build resume and move on.

      Cons

      A very large workload and poor salary for job. Workload distribution in department is very different between teams with some teams handling so much and others not. If issues arise they will most likely not be addressed but just brushed off. Limited advancement unless one wants to move into management or switch departments. No work from home accommodations.

      Pros

      Neogen is a growth public company and with growth comes opportunity. I am a living example of that... I started with Neogen when I was 26 years old and have been with the company ever since. I have enjoyed all the different roles and responsibilities I have had. Great people.

      Cons

      If you are not good with change, then perhaps may not be the right fit.

      Pros

      Good benefits package. Lose the attitude of an entitled millennial, this is an international company who is growing to a point where the stocks are now oversold. Learn the business and contribute.

      Cons

      Need a more competitive pay scale outside the C suite. Need managers who are actually able to learn products and problem solve. Company needs to mentor more effectively.
