Pros

The people below the executive leadership are some of the most kind, thoughtful, and brilliant people I've ever worked with. The product means something and helps nonprofits

Cons

An all white and mostly male Executive leadership. An all white board of directors. There seems to be little effort to increase diversity. Repeated claims that the executive team was focused investing in staff with little outcomes. Very low salaries for the tech space.

Kind people, “unlimited” PTO, and remote work

Cons

Client-facing teams are so understaffed it’s nearly impossible to provide quality service to customers. The product suite is fine at best, but anything remotely customized is built on workarounds and bandaid solutions. There’s little visibility into the product roadmap or company goals/vision. Depending on your role, salary can be up to $30k under industry standard with no defined path for career growth.
