Pros

-Working with nonprofit organizations, you feel like you have a role in driving their mission. -Small company size allows you to feel more connected to the entire organization. -Pretty open and transparent around org changes and policies. -Openly encourage movement and promotion within the company. -All-in on remote work! -Unlimited PTO

Cons

-Small company size means below average compensation compared to the rest of the industry. No stock compensation. -A lot of tech debt. -Small engineering, development, and design teams mean meaningful updates are slow to release. -Despite top-notch remote work policy, there's a lack of investment/remembursement into WFH home office and internet service.

People were great, and they really had a good marketing, customer support tools and lead gen team.

Cons

After being purchased by a VC there was big changes that weren't great for employees or customers, but focused on driving more revenue for investors.
