Pros

Excellent CEO with an effective leadership strategy. A clear vision for the company and it's products and people are well in hand. The focus has shifted heavily from pure profit toward client centric growth. Management's communications have gotten clearer and client happiness is higher. Benefits are good, a very remote friendly culture, low tolerance for waste.

Cons

Growing pains of a company still righting the ship after a few acquisitions years ago. Certain backend departments take a while to respond to employee requests, but the work gets done.
