      FDA came after several years of not coming and found problems. We are on a 90 furlough.

      Pros

      This is my favorite job I’ve ever had. You can really make a difference. The head doctor cares so much about the patients and he really listens to the input of the RN He spends time teaching and educating his staff. It’s very rewarding.

      Cons

      I haven’t identified any real downside other than we need more nurses!
