Cone and go as you please. Legal covers Better Business issues that is why we get A+.

Cons

Hard to move up. Have to be friends with managers or really fawn over exe I give team. Good old boy system. Trying hard to stick to job. HR doesn't help much.

Pros

you get rewarded well but you have to push sales on families. Sometimes my manager doesn't understand that you shouldn't on grieving families. You can come and go as you please. The higher ups don't care.

Cons

It's all about numbers and who you can learn from. Lack of communication from corporate in Florida. The management at corporate lack honesty and integrity. One you have to really fawn over to have him speak to you. Act happy and you will be rewarded. Numbers are important but not the services we give to families. As long as you make numbers they leave you alone. You can't make improvements you will get in trouble. Any suggestions the DD tell you well so and so doesn't like that. Slow growth.

Pros

Ability to make your own schedule. The benefits are pretty good and retirement matching is good especially after 10 years with the company.

Cons

This company is a mess. I worked for them for 8 years and finally left after the new regional manager continuously asked us to lie, break the law, and treated our manager horribly during a regional staff meeting. Leadership creates products and policies without input from staff that are impossible to implement on the ground with customers. They never asked for staff input. And they do rule out a product or system it's a mess and usually doesn't work. Company has been driven into the ground by leadership over the years. It was a really great model until leadership greed exploited it. Now they're switching to an insurance model due to all the lawsuits from their poor business practices and violation of the law. You can't be successful when leadership works against you. They became metric driven but didn't understand the data they were collecting.
