Working with internal staff that allows me the opportunity to utilize my current knowledge while further broadening my horizons for the future. Nesco Resource hires top talent in each field and does a great job of providing staff with excellent training.

Great company that values it's employees and encourages feedback from all staff. Would recommend Nesco to anyone looking to start their career in staffing. Friendly Company and Great Communication within the company.

Great way to get your foot in the door!

Pros

Entry level factory work is what I was looking for. I didn't know how to go about getting work without experience and the staff helped me out. I really like working as an operator and soon I should be hired in to the company I was placed at as a temp. Nesco also offered me health insurance.

Cons

None that I can think of.
