Pros

This has been the best job that I have had, by far. I get to interact with people all day, I am in a work environment that I feel actually cares about their employees, and when life happens, this company is very good at being flexible. This is definitely a company to look into if you're looking for longevity.

Cons

Sometimes it can get a bit hectic in the office, but that is the nature of the business. You just have to be able to prioritize and work efficiently.

Growing company with opportunity for advancement. Allows branch locations make decisions for clients speedily, without corporate 'red tape'. Management makes themselves available when assistance is needed.

Cons

This is not the place to work for a person who is not self-motivated or driven, or who requires micro-managed and constant supervision to get their job done.
