Pros

None- even the commission stopped being worth it

Cons

You’re just a number, and competition across branches (nationwide) is encouraged to the point of toxicity. The operations team- while not a revenue generating department- seems to pull most of the strings (if you get on their bad side, it’s over. Market managers are more focused on their PowerPoints that they send to their area managers - who are focused on THEIR PowerPoints, that they send up the chain…it’s a huge hierarchical structure in which the folks doing the real work get stomped on. So many top producers have left in the past year for greener pastures…for a reason. They’ve even cut the DE&I and talent development departments…they do not invest in their people at all.

Pros

Small offices. Great people i worked with in my office.

Cons

unrealistic metrics. VP's of each region are egotistical and selfish. They expect metrics and results that they will admit to you that they couldn't do themselves. They truly believe they are gods gift to earth. They also lie about how much commission you'll make. Fired both of my recruiters, then ask why jobs aren't being filled. I WONDER WHY.

Pros

Lots of tools to do your job. Invest in training. Opportunity to advance.

Cons

Need to invest more in marketing so they will have more name recognition and get more business. Often compare markets that are very different. Apples and oranges. More competition in Boston than Albany, for example. Need to hire salespeople with staffing experience.
