Pros

There is no micro-managing which could be a plus or a negative. The offices are a family environment as well.

Cons

The management is lacking horribly. If you like to work somewhere for a year and get booted out..this is the place for you! Salary is below average at best. Independence location is small and lacks any type of skills or development for you to succeed.

No such thing with these clowns! If you like being lied to, ignored, having your time wasted, and being completely screwed-over and thrown to the curb like a piece of garbage you should take a job with them!

Cons

Just about everything especially the people at the Latham, NY office. I have never dealt with more rude, incompetent, and unprofessional people in my life. Completely screwed me over !
