Reasonable pay, quick commission pay outs.

Cons

Management is a club of unskilled people and promotions are based entirely on nepotism. You don't even start accruing vacation time for 3 months. You need to take a day off, they expect it to be a payroll deduction for exempt employees.

I cannot think of a SINGLE ONE

I was on contract for these people and it was the worst most unprofessional experience EVER! My bonuses withheld for missing a day of work when MY FATHER DIED! Poor communication and neither upper management nor HR/Payroll is familiar with the law. Honestly, I AM SHOCKED this company is still in business.

My employees were awesome! Most of them were hard workers. I respected them and they respected me.

Cons

The area manager was a joke! She acted like she didn’t know how to do her job! And hardly EVER came to our location. Guess is pays to know the regional manager to get a job you have NO background in?!?
