Pros

If you are just starting out in recruiting or have burned out at other agencies, this is the place to go. Investment in training and development. The hourly pay was decent but not worth the headache and the bad company culture.

Cons

PTO structure is terrible just 14 days a year, and you can only take them for 4 hours or 8 hours. 1 floating holiday that can only be used for the full 8 hours There are no sick days or unpaid days, so you. have to choose between being sick or running errands, or going on vacation. If you happen to get sick days before a planned trip with approved PTO, they will make you feel like they are doing you a favor by "Borrowing you PTO" This is the biggest scam of all, After that, you can not request any days until you pay those of. Flex days are a scam as well, they will offer you "200 hours of flex time" (work from home) that needs to be submitted and approved two weeks in advance by a manager, BUT the only reason they will let you work from home is that something really retains you from being at the office, so, how can you know two weeks in advance if something is going to retain you or not? worked there for a year never got to use those. I was able to work from home a couple times due to inclement weather, but that was just because they wanted me to work, I could have just taken the PTO but they would rather say they were cool and reward you with that like it was a prize. No veterans day holiday, no juneteenth( just christmas eve, new Year's Eve, the 4th of july, memorial day and Thanksgiving) If you want room for improvement, I suggest you sit in the Ohio or East region, Western region, the only way to go up it´s to be on the VP with good eyes, and that´s it. Micromanagment is their mantra, daily metrics that if you don´t acomplished you will get a call by VP to manager and the manager to you by the end of the day, really call center driven Style. if you work at a call center before maybe this is nothing for you, but you are supposed to recruit, not "dial for the penny." So get your warm bodies out to work and keep them. My VP once told me that Business always comes first. And she was right—not your health, not your family, not you—and that is how this company works, they try to pretend they care, but they don´t. They make the job really hard for the sales people with really high non competitive markups with leads to having no one wanting to do business with them and then leads you to not having enough jobs to place people at. Commission structure is a joke, don´t expect to make much money on it, and less if you are recruiting. just count with your base salary. Last but not least, Lower management was super nice, but upper management was doing microagressions all the time, putting your hard work down, and had a lot of complaints about being racist and clasist, and HR did nothing to them. They have a lot of preference for the markets where the HQ is, so if you are not in that market, good luck. Their workers compensation department is a joke, they don´t care if the temps are good or not; they just care about how much that is going to cost them, and they put recruiters in place to act like the FBI and do the dirty work for them and investigate accidents like our temps were criminals. That was awful. They don´t have specific recruiting and sales plans for each market, they just do generic ones and hope those work the same across the board. and is lacking. They just offer high deductible health plans from Cigna, wich is pricey and not worth it. and they will give you $600 in a HSA when your deductible is around $2500 to $4500
